Cancellation & refund policy

1. Cancellation

• You can cancel an order before it is shipped by emailing your order ID to info@scholarindustry.com.
• Once shipped, an order cannot be cancelled. You can use the 7-day replacement instead.
• We may cancel an order because of stock or payment issues. You will get a full refund.

2. When you get a refund

• Order cancelled before shipping.
• Wrong product delivered (different item, size or colour from your order).
• Damaged or defective product, reported within 48 hours of delivery.
• Payment deducted but order not confirmed.

3. When refunds are not given

Change of mind, fit or preference. For these, we offer a free 7-day replacement.

4. Refund timeline

Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.
