Shipping & delivery policy

1. Delivery charges

• FREE delivery all over India on orders of ₹799 and above.
• Flat ₹49 delivery charge on orders below ₹799.
• All prices include GST. No platform fee or processing fee is added to any order.

2. Processing time

Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of successful payment. Hand-stitched Limited Edition pieces may take up to 5 business days to dispatch.

3. Delivery time

• Metro cities: 3–5 business days after dispatch
• Rest of India: 5–8 business days after dispatch
• Remote areas and North-East: up to 10 business days

4. Tracking

Once your order is shipped, we will share the courier name and tracking details on your registered email or phone number.

5. Delivery issues

If your package arrives opened, tampered or damaged, please record an unboxing video and contact us at info@scholarindustry.com within 48 hours of delivery.
